Comments :- please interduce through ticketing
in online reservation system and also cancellation facility through online system.
Many options are not there in online reservation system. Try to interduce eticketing
for which the ticket can be taken printout and no need of waiting for the ticket
to be delivered. And there should be an option to take print out or to be delivered
and different charges for different options. I hope the facilities will increase.
