RAIL TRAVEL AGENTS

Railways have appointed Rail Travelers Service Agents who have been authorised to purchase tickets and secure reservations on behalf of the passengers. The service charges of the RTSAs are as under :-

 

CLASS SERVICE CHARGES
Ist ACC/2-AC Sleeper/Ist Class/ AC3-Tier/ AC Chair Car Rs. 25 per passenger
Sleeper Class/IInd class Rs. 15 per passenger
